WeddingRings.net understands that your ring can become badly scratched, dented, discolored or otherwise damaged during normal day to day wear. We also understand that people lose and gain weight and their ring no longer fits like it once did. And lastly we also understand that wedding rings get lost and stolen. In fact, it happens to most people at least once in their lives.

Here is our promise to you...

We will replace, FREE of charge, any wedding ring that is purchased from WeddingRings.net, as long as the following conditions are met:

• Your ring has become badly scratched through normal every day wear.
• Your ring has become dented, warped, twisted or otherwise damaged through normal every day wear.
• You have either lost or gained weight and the ring no longer fits properly.
• Your ring has been lost or stolen.

Terms & Conditions:

• Our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee only applies to rings that are shown with the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee banner and text.
• We will only replace one set of rings per customer. This means either one ring or two rings that were purchased at the exact same time.
• Customer must return the ring to WeddingRings.net with their original sales receipt.
• Customer will be responsible for paying a flat $5 fee to cover shipping.
• Rings that have been lost or stolen will only be replaced at our discretion. Be prepared to explain the circumstances.
• We cannot replace a ring with the exact same if we no longer sell this ring. We will offer you suitable replacements. If the cost of the replacement ring is higher than the cost of the original ring, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
