Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias Secretly Wed?

Have Anna Kournikova and Enrique Iglesias secretly exchanged wedding bands? The Russian beauty has been wearing a huge yellow diamond engagement ring for years (even though the two deny being engaged), and recently when the couple was photographed leaving a West Hollywood diner, the photograph revealed that the solitaire had a sparkling diamond wedding ring now keeping it company.

The stars have been dating for eight years (more than some couples have been married), after meeting on the set of Iglesias’s music video for Escape, in 2002. Speculation has been high because eight years is quite a long time to stay together and not exchange wedding bands, but in separate interviews they have both stressed that they have no desire to wed.

After Kournikova began wearing the yellow diamond ring, wedding rumors went wild, but during an interview Iglesias insisted that marriage is not important to him and said, “I don’t think it’s the right thing to do. A lot of people think that I am against marriage, but you can be happy with someone without being married.”

To stay together such a long time without a wedding is obviously ok with the former tennis pro as well. She stated in an interview with Graham Norton in June, after asking if the two planned to tie the knot, “not really, no. We’re fine. What’s the point if you’re happy anyway? Being eight years down the line, its more than some married couples now.”

No matter what each report publicly, it could be that they just want to keep their relationship private. It is very rare for a woman to wear a huge diamond solitaire ring on her left hand if it is not for an engagement, and then pair it with a diamond wedding ring if she is not married!
